Make sure to sit comfortably. Take steady breaths, and try to focus your mind on your breathing. On how your body feels now, in this moment.

If you feel your thoughts wandering, try to bring them back to that.

[ Koharu looks down at herself, shifts around, then exhales. ]

Just breathing... Okay. That's all I got to do.

[ It isn't too different from what Siffrin's showed her before. Koharu's eyes close, hands settled in her lap, and tries focusing. ]

[ eupha will close her lower eyes and begin steady, rhythmic breathing...

but she will try to stay aware of koharu. how's she doing? ]

[ Well. You know when you're so focused on trying to focus that you're not really relaxing. It's like that.

Koharu keeps her eyes closed, but there's a little frown on her face. ]

Counting as you hold and release your breath may help you find a rhythm.

[ Counting should help. Koharu falls silent again, and with a deep breath, she begins. One, two, three, four, exhale. One, two, three, four, exhale... When there's numbers to think about, it does keep her mind from drifting elsewhere.
